4. Fees and Payment
Service fees must be paid in advance. Payments are processed securely. Once a service (like GST application or ITR filing) has been initiated or filed with government authorities, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

While we use experts to process your data, use of this website does not create a professional-client relationship until a specific service is purchased and documents are verified. The information on this site is for general guidance and should not be treated as official legal advice.
6. Government Portals & Downtime
Our services depend on third-party government portals (GSTN, Income Tax, MCA). FillingBuddy is not responsible for delays caused by government server downtime, portal technical errors, or changes in government policies.
